Shipping Policy

Free worldwide shipping on every order. Here's everything you need to know about how and when your Waxlane player reaches you.

Processing time

Every Waxlane player is handcrafted to order. Please allow 2–3 business days for us to create and prepare your order before it ships. Custom Edition orders may take toward the upper end of this window, as each disc is made with your photos.

Shipping time

Once your order ships, estimated delivery is 5–8 business days.

Total estimated time from order to doorstep: roughly 7–11 business days.

During peak seasons, holidays, or for remote locations, delivery may take a little longer. We appreciate your patience — handcrafted keepsakes are worth the wait. (Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.)

Free worldwide shipping

We offer free shipping on every order, worldwide. We currently ship to the United States, Canada, Australia, the United Kingdom, and many other countries. Not sure if we ship to you? Just email support@waxlane.store.

Tracking your order

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way. You can also use the "Track Your Order" link in our menu anytime. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking to begin updating.

Customs, duties & taxes

Shipping is on us. However, depending on your country, your order may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees determined by your local authorities. These charges are the customer's responsibility, are not included in your order total, and are not charged by Waxlane. If you're unsure about potential charges, we recommend checking with your local customs office.

Incorrect or incomplete addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We can't reroute a package once it has shipped, and orders returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address may incur a re-shipping fee. Spotted a mistake? Email support@waxlane.store within 24 hours of ordering and we'll do our best to fix it before it ships.

Delayed or lost packages

If your tracking hasn't updated in a while, or your estimated delivery window has passed, please don't worry — reach out to support@waxlane.store and we'll look into it right away. We'll always work with you to make sure your order arrives.

Bundles & multiple items

If you order more than one player (for example, a Duo or Trio bundle), your items may occasionally ship separately and arrive on different days. You'll receive tracking for each shipment.
